Finch Wine Bar is a 'pocket-size cabinet of curiosities' in the heart Brixton Village, specialising in English wines and cheeses.

Tucked away in the heart of Brixton Village, Finch Wine is the perfect spot to drop into for so many occassions, whether a casual drink after a mooch around the shops, an intimate date spot or for a catch up with friends after work! 

Despite its compact size, Finch boasts an impressive selection of wines by the glass or bottle, alongside well-crafted cocktails. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to recommend something tailored to your taste. 

On my visit, we opted for the Rose No.7 Cremant de Limoux, J.Laurens—described as having notes of strawberries and cream. Intrigued, we gave it a try, and it did not disappoint. One glass quickly led to a bottle, delivering a true taste of summer. I don’t often go for pink sparkling wine, but this one felt like fantastic value at £9.50 for 125ml or £47 for a bottle.
