San Gennaro

San Gennaro is a neighbourhood Italian in Battersea serving a menu of traditional, sourdough pizzas.

Price Range: £ - ££

Charlie and I have had this spot on our radar since we first moved to Battersea, eyeing up their pizza's every time we walked past and it did not disappoint! It’s an authentic, independent, local Italian serving a fantastic range of pizzas. If you're in the area visiting the Power Station, this is a great local option to support and offers great value for money.

I ordered the Mortadella & Carciofi and Charlie got the Calabrese which was the winner with a tomato base, the perfect level of spice and topped off with burrata -- a dreamy pizza combo with an incredible sourdough base. This is the kind of restaurant you'll think of and crave whenever you fancy pizza.
